You’re welcome to join any drop-in class anytime — no need to pre-register. Please arrive five to 10 minutes early.
For yoga classes, bring a yoga mat; we also have a few to lend. Wear comfortable loose-fitting or stretchy clothing. For Forrest Yoga classes, we heat the room to 80 degrees, so we suggest you bring a towel and water.
We believe everyone should have access to yoga, and have priced it accordingly. We offer:
- $10 classes. This is most classes.
- $5 Community Classes. Marked with ©.
- Pay What You Can. Marked with ¢.
- Free Open Practice. Monday-Friday, 7 to 8:30 a.m.
- $95: 10-class card. Students & seniors get another $5 off with ID.
- $95: One month of unlimited classes. $5 off for students & seniors.
- Workshops & multi-class series. Price varies; see schedule below.
- Work exchange. Want to trade work for yoga and Pilates classes? Email us. Our work-exchange students pick their time slots using our online scheduler.
- $45 for one month of unlimited classes. This is for folks who have not yet taken any classes at Studio 34.

series | Beginning Hoop Dancing

Spin your way to improved health and happiness with hoop dance! This adult series will teach you the fundamentals of hoop dance and plenty of mesmerizing tricks that you can incorporate into your own dance style. Six sessions, $60. Strengthen your body as you learn to spin the hoop around your waist, chest, neck, hands, and legs. Improve your balance and coordination with off body moves, tosses, and isolations. This low impact exercise will have you burning calories and seriously strengthening your core. Let go, meditate and relieve stress as you discover your inner rhythm. Hoop dance is the perfect mind/body exercise for those who want to get fit and have fun!
