Open Weekly Meditation- FREE

Wednesdays, 8 to 8:45 a.m.

An opportunity for community members to share silence. Vipassana (“seeing through”) is a non-denominational group open to all levels of meditation practice. Brief instructions will be given at the beginning of each session. We will begin with the most basic instruction.

This is a free and open weekly event. Come early for open yoga practice beginning at 7am!

workshop | Mindfulness Meditation and Movement

Saturday, June 13, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Practice movement with the spirit of mindfulness, in a group, with guided instruction. This 2-hour offering is an opportunity to explore your experience of physical sensation, thought and emotion through movement with a goal of enhancing awareness and acceptance of whatever is found.
