Danielle was lead to study Reiki by a desire to help others and curiosity about Energy. The enhanced body awareness that Reiki provided helped Danielle discover her intolerance to gluten, improve her asthma, and lose nearly 40 pounds. After experiencing the healing effects of Reiki, she left her career as a Business & Logistics Consultant and put her business skills to better use as a Reiki practitioner. Danielle is the founder of Learn Reiki Philadelphia, which seeks to neutralize class, race, and other social factors that prevent or limit access the healing arts by offering affordable comprehensive training and professional treatments; and a proud founding member of The Philadelphia Bodywork Collective, which offers a variety of clothed bodywork modalities in a comfortable and supportive community setting. You may recognize her as the Office Faerie at Philadelphia Community Acupuncture.

She is a 2008 Master Teacher graduate of The Reiki School + Clinic of Philadelphia, has been studying and working with gemstones and crystals since childhood, and learned the art of Reflexology from fellow Bodywork Collective member William Burton in 2009.

Danielle always has Reiki classes enrolling throughout Philadelphia, and has lead classes at Reiki at Philadelphia Community Acupuncture, Hawthorne Yoga & Reiki, The William Way LGBT Community Center, Mount Airy Learning Tree, A-Space and providing Crystal Training at The Reiki School + Clinic of Philadelphia. Danielle has had the opportunities of assisting in the Reiki training of volunteers within PhiladelphiaÕs animal welfare system, and supporting the holistic care needs of those infected or affected by HIV/AIDS through the amazing Siloam Wellness.
