Kids yoga is a great way to introduce the youngest practitioners to the fun of yoga postures and the discipline of yogic breath. Kids will delight in Yoga Games and focus on Magical Meditations while learning traditional postures adapted to their age and ability.
Family classes are a wonderful shared experience that will provide you with the assurance to practice together at the studio or at home.

Kids’ Yoga Class Series – Spring 2012

Six-Week Series – $55 with pre-registration, $60 at first class
4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 6/4 (no class 5/28 – Memorial Day)
Drop-ins are welcome for this series! The fee is $10 per drop-in class.
Mondays 3:45-4:30 (ages 4-6)
In this fun-filled class, kids explore breathing exercises, games, poses and relaxation. They are introduced to communication skills in a playful, inspiring style to support themselves, their classmates, and their families. Class ends with relaxation to send kids home renewed and replenished.
Mondays 4:45-5:30 (ages 7-12)
Students explore ways to maintain balance in both their minds and bodies in this interactive, fun class. They learn how yoga can influence other aspects of life by building emotional intelligence, boosting self esteem, and inviting challenge through group and partner activities. This is an engaging, inspiring class that includes breathing exercises, games, poses and relaxation.
