Welcome!Attend any drop-in class you like — no need to pre-register. Do arrive five to 10 minutes early. For yoga classes, bring a mat; we also have a few to lend. Wear comfortable loose-fitting or stretchy clothing. For Forrest Yoga classes, we heat the room to 80 degrees, so we suggest you bring a towel and water. We believe everyone should have access to yoga, and have priced it accordingly. Classes ideal for beginners are marked with a (b).

March-April Kids’ Yoga Class Series
with Lily

Mondays 3:45-4:30 (ages 4-6)
In this fun-filled class, kids explore breathing exercises, games, poses and relaxation. They are introduced to communication skills in a playful, inspiring style to support themselves, their classmates, and their families. Class ends with relaxation to send kids home renewed and replenished.
Mondays 4:45-5:30 (ages 7-12)
Students explore ways to maintain balance in both their minds and bodies in this interactive, fun class. They learn how yoga can influence other aspects of life by building emotional intelligence, boosting self esteem, and inviting challenge through group and partner activities. This is an engaging, inspiring class that includes breathing exercises, games, poses and relaxation.

Spin your way to improved health and happiness with hoop dance! Jen Web will teach you the fundamentals of hoop dance and mesmerizing tricks that you can incorporate into your own dance style. Strengthen your body as you learn to spin the hoop around your waist, neck, hands and legs. Meditate and relieve stress as you discover your inner rhythm. Hoop dance is the perfect mind/body exercise for those who want to get fit and have fun!
Intermediate/Advanced Hoop Dancing: ongoing drop-in classes

Take your hooping to the next level! In Jen Web’s Intermediate/Advanced Hoop Dancing class you will learn plenty of hot new moves to spice up your routine. Areas of focus include hooping on the vertical plane, off-body moves, step-throughs, jumps and more. Increased intensity will keep your heart rate up so you shape up and look your best. Each class will start off with a warm up and then transition into a fast paced section of new moves and combinations. *Recommended prerequisite: Beginning Hoop Dancing 6-week series.
West Philly Hoop Jam: Monthly 2-Hour Open Practice

Join Jen Web for an evening of hoop dance at the beautiful and spacious Studio 34! Enjoy two full hours of open practice with other hoopers in a casual, fun environment. Share tricks, practice a routine, and meet new friends! Hoops provided but feel free to bring your own. Appropriate for all experience levels.
