Welcome!Attend any drop-in class you like — no need to pre-register. Do arrive five to 10 minutes early. For yoga classes, bring a mat; we also have a few to lend. Wear comfortable loose-fitting or stretchy clothing. For Forrest Yoga classes, we heat the room to 80 degrees, so we suggest you bring a towel and water. We believe everyone should have access to yoga, and have priced it accordingly.
