Expand your spine, ribs, quads, and capacity for breath, growth and trust in this 2-hour yoga class focusing on bending backwards. Building through a sequence of breathing techniques, warm-up stretches, abdominal exercises and flowing standing poses, we will put all the pieces together into some deep backbends. Partner work, attention to alignment and tidbits on human anatomy will make your backbending practice safe and fun!
