Attention area artists and musicians: Handmade Philly, presents ArtBeat, Making it to Music. Bring sketchbooks, yarn and other (non-paint) supplies, and work on projects while musicians play at our open mic. Additional features: supply swap and a variety of workshops including Upcycled Pamphlet Journal and Basic and Advanced Knitting.
Event is open to artists of all ages and skill levels and the first 50 receive a free homemade cookie.
$5 admission. 20% of the proceeds from this event will support the Philadelphia Arts in Education Partnership.
