Join us for a weekly beginner’s meditation class on Monday evenings. We will be examining the Buddhist approach to making our lives less stressful and more manageable through utilizing the power of meditation. Each class begins with a relaxation meditation, a brief teaching on Buddhist topics, and ends with another energizing meditation. The topic of each class will be:

March 4th: Learning to Meditate: Proper Meditation Techniques
March 11th: The Nature of the Mind & Learning how to Change It
March 18th: Overcoming Anxiety: Blue Sky Mind Meditation
March 25th: Learning to Relax: A Simple Breathing Meditation
