New Year’s Eve Yoga and Mochi

Morgan leads a fun, all-levels, community yoga practice for wringing out the old and bringing in the new! Combining brief meditation with pranayama (breathing), seated and standing poses, we will move through special sequences for reflecting on the past while looking toward the future. After practice, enjoy hot tea and mochi (sweet Japanese rice cakes) in Studio 34’s lounge.
