Biodanza-Rolando Toro System is a profound worldwide system of expressive movement for all ages. This class will be for 18+. With no choreography in bare feet, Biodanza is a fun and creative way to reconnect with yourself and others in authentic movement to great organic music. Michelle Dubreuil Macek will be returning to Studio 34 from the Maryland/DC area to facilitate Biodanza monthly beginning in September. Come dance with life!
