Jen Web will teach you the fundamentals of hoop dance and plenty of mesmerizing tricks that you can incorporate into your own dance style. Strengthen your body as you learn to spin the hoop around your waist, neck, hands and legs. Meditate and relieve stress as you discover your inner rhythm. Hoop dance is the perfect mind/body exercise for those who want to get fit and have fun!
