Sundays, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
THE STUDIO 34 SUNDAY SERIES features a different teacher each week, presenting a class on a particular theme. Classes can highlight specific areas of the body, focus on certain issues, and offer ideas to inspire the student during yoga and beyond. The core Forrest Yoga practice, coupled with occasional music, meditations, and partner exercises, makes each Sunday Series class a fun and unique yoga experience.
