Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, composes a series of movements called Kriyas, which work on various aspects of your yogic anatomy and onsciousness, using a variety of asanas, pranayam, mantras, and meditation. This awakens our kundalini energy, and causes it to circulate through the body, mind and spirit. This energy develops divine consciousness and facilitates profound transformation.

Week 4: Fourth Body (Neutral Mind)
Week 5: Fifth Body (Physical Body)
