Practice movement with the spirit of mindfulness, in a group, with guided instruction. This 2-hour offering is an opportunity to explore your experience of physical sensation, thought and emotion through movement with a goal of enhancing awareness and acceptance of whatever is found. Movement practice will be followed by sitting meditation. Cost: $20.All are welcome, no experience necessary. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, bring a cushion for sitting (if you use one), and a yoga-type mat for movement. Some chairs for sitting will be available.
