Cop In The Head, a Theater of the Oppressed Workshop

Cop in the Head is a Theatre of the Oppressed technique that deals with internalized oppression. Whenever we stop ourselves from doing what want to do or saying what we need to say, there may be discouraging voices and experiences from our past that hinder our actions. In this workshop, we’ll take these “cops” out of our heads and deal with them one by one, with the aim of disarming them altogether. Suggested tuition: $15-$30. No one turned away for lack of funds.
